Logicon LLC (“Logicon,” “we,” “us”) is a consulting firm based in Chicago, Illinois. This policy explains what personal information we collect through our website, events, podcast and communications, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have. 2. Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, work email, company, role and message when you contact us, apply for a role, subscribe to updates, register for an event or take part in our podcast.
• Information collected automatically: device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, pages viewed and the site that referred you, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• Information from others: business contact details from partners, event organizers and public professional profiles.

We do not ask for sensitive personal information through our website. Please do not send it to us.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and provide our services, or to take steps you request before entering a contract.
• To send updates or insights you asked for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To review job applications and communicate with candidates.
• To operate, secure and improve our website, based on our legitimate interests.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Cookies and analytics

• Service providers that host our website and run our email, CRM, analytics and recruiting tools, under contracts that limit their use of your data to providing services to us.

• Authorities when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
• A successor organization in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, with this policy continuing to apply.

6. International transfers

We are based in the United States and process information there. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that we delete it or anonymize it.

8. How we protect it

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, access limited to people who need it, and multi-factor authentication on the systems that hold personal information. No system is completely secure, but if a breach affects your information we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.

9. Your rights and choices

• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
• Opt out of marketing emails, and of any sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it).

You can use an authorized agent, and you can appeal our decision by replying to our response. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Children

Our website and services are meant for business professionals and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

11. Other websites

Our site links to other websites and platforms, such as LinkedIn, YouTube and Spotify. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

12. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The effective date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about material changes before they take effect.
