A system delivered on time is not the same as value delivered.
We started Logicon to close a gap we kept seeing. Programs hit their go-live dates, then adoption stalled, workarounds spread and the business case slipped.
So we built a firm that works end to end. Clients bring us in for the strategy, the build, the people side of the change, or all three. Either way, one senior team owns the outcome.
