Senior Project Manager, Finance Transformation (FinTech)

You join a large-scale Finance Transformation and SAP program at a financial services client, embedded with their team. You drive clarity and engagement around business and change readiness, and you lead the communications and design work that carries the program to its people.

This role suits a doer. You think strategically, then roll up your sleeves and take work from idea to done: readiness plans, playbooks, content, events and campaigns, all tied to the program's goals.

Business readiness and program leadership

• Drive readiness planning and build the playbooks teams use to get ready.
• Deliver SaaS and SAP projects end to end, from initiation to deployment, including adoption and change.
• Turn business goals into detailed plans with timelines, resourcing and KPIs.
• Work with senior leaders to shape future-state operating models using analytics and dashboards.

Data strategy and migration

• Drive data governance, metadata management, lineage and master data management.
• Oversee data discovery, profiling, cleansing, mapping and migration across cloud environments.
• Protect data integrity, privacy and continuity through the transformation.

Communications and engagement

• Find and tell the stories that motivate employees through the change.
• Write and edit articles, executive communications and digital content for internal audiences.
• Act as editor-in-chief for the content and events pipeline, and tighten production and approvals.
• Design and run internal events, from town halls to hackathons, katas and dojos.
• Segment stakeholders by role, function and motivation, and tailor engagement to each.
• Map the moments that matter across the change journey.

Measuring progress

• Monitor stakeholder sentiment and engagement, and act early on issues.
• Run feedback loops and use the data to adjust the plan.

• 10-12 years of experience, including 5+ years in marketing and communications and at least 2 in a leadership role.
• Experience in financial services, FinTech or technology.
• A portfolio of strategic campaigns, brand initiatives and creative work.
• You turn complex financial concepts into clear, engaging content.
• Strong project management and organization.
• Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or Sketch, and Microsoft Office.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
