Change Management Specialist

You lead enterprise-wide change on technology programs, with a focus on SAP, Salesforce and Epic implementations. You make sure the organization is ready, the people are trained, and the new way of working holds long after the system goes live.

You bring deep organizational change management experience, strong stakeholder skills and the judgment to adapt a method to what the program actually needs.

• Build and run change strategies for ERP and CRM implementations so the organization is ready.
• Run impact assessments to surface risks, barriers and adoption challenges early.
• Create and manage communication plans that keep stakeholders clear and aligned.
• Design and deliver training programs, including Train the Trainer.
• Work with cross-functional teams to build end-user content and improve the learning experience.
• Track and report adoption KPIs, including employee satisfaction, training effectiveness and business impact.
• Support change governance, monitoring change activities and improving them over time.
• Partner with leaders and SMEs to keep change aligned with business objectives.

• 10-13 years in change management, organizational transformation and digital adoption.
• Proven change leadership on Salesforce, SAP, Epic or other enterprise system rollouts.
• Strong background in stakeholder engagement, training development and process improvement.
• Hands-on experience with Agile ways of working and tools like Jira, Azure DevOps and Confluence.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and organization.

• Prosci, CCMP or Agile certification.
